My name is April Spence, and I started my homesteading journey about five years ago. My journey began in response to food shortages, chemical-ridden foods and products, destroyed pollinator populations, and a world that was becoming very uncertain. I needed to find a way to protect our family from relying on others. I decided to start a Facebook group for local homesteaders in my community, and it gained a lot of traction. Knowing not everyone is on Facebook, I decided to start a website dedicated to sharing information and educational programs to support anyone who is interested in homesteading. I hope you enjoy it.
